3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All project requirements, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in a project agreement or statement of work. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically:

  • Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery

5. Intellectual Property

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

7. Warranty and Support

I provide a warranty period for bug fixes related to the delivered code. Support and maintenance beyond the warranty period may be subject to additional fees as agreed upon.

My liability is limited to the total project fee. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services.

9. Confidentiality

I will maintain confidentiality of your project information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payment for completed work is due upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
